Please note, however, that a request to modify or remove your information will only modify or remove your information from our list. Sale of Assets/Acquisition of IPD

If IPD sells assets or IPD is acquired or merged with another entity, you agree that IPD may provide to such entity all information that you have provided that is related to that part of our business that was sold to or merged with the other entity without obtaining your further consent.
