Bachelor's Degrees

Degree Description Shorter's accelerated Bachelor of Science in Education with a major in Early Childhood Education is designed to help working adults gain the skills, understanding, knowledge, and practical experience they need to become successful credentialed teachers at the P-5 level.

Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management

Degree Description By studying the developmental process in human behavior, students pursuing the Bachelor of Science with a major in Human Services degree will be able to use diagnostic skills to analyze human behavior. BSHS students will focus on global and domestic problems. They will be prepared to understand the ethical and legal responsibilities of their profession, and they also will be prepared for graduate work.

Bachelor of Science in Management

Degree Description The BSM degree program is designed for the undergraduate level management student, and consists of a core of 48 Semester Credit Hours. This core includes courses in team development, conflict management, professional communications, financial and information management, human behavior, problem solving, critical analysis and decision making, systems thinking and change management.
